bin INSPECTION PROGRAM
One of the services we offer is a Bin Inspection Program. Completing regular audits of your silos/bins, we are able to determine and record the current conditions and create a plan to have any hung-up bins available for use as soon as possible. Predictive maintenance prevents unplanned shut downs as well as potential for grain degradation to become a smolder problem.
SILO CLEANING
After an initial inspection of your silo/s to determine type and approximate amount of build-up, we will create a cleaning plan to remove this build-up as safely and efficiently as possible. ISS uses a combination of equipment and techniques to achieve this. If required, our team can enter the bin as we are certified in both Confined Space and Irata Rope Access.
SILO REPAIRS
Once cleaned, we are able to inspect bins from both the interior and exterior to provide analysis on concrete and metal conditions. From there, we can provide specific recommendations and complete repairs.
Our team is uniquely qualified to complete silo repair projects to a high standard. Our lengthy experience in industrial maintenance (concrete restoration, sealing and waterproofing, metal repair and replacement) combined with Confined Space, Rope Access and Bin Work experience, gives us the know-how to complete a vast array of silo projects.

Coating the interior can improve the efficiency of your bins and reduce hang-ups.
